**We are available for consultation/help with our value-added managed hosting services. This includes up to the first 15 minutes of one instance per month. It also includes email not hosted by VR Metro. However, it should be understood that we are limited by our experience with other systems. Of course, rare “Malfunctions” traced to our mail server/software are not billed. Additional time for both email consulting and website changes will be billed at our current hourly rate for programming. We bill in 15-minute increments.
