I am writing in reference to the services that have been provided to us by VR Metro. We are an outpatient behavioral health company that several years ago decided we should have a web page. With that thought in mind we had the good fortune of locating VR Metro. Due to the work we have done with them our web page had surpassed phone and phone book as our source of referrals.
As an independent information technology service company I can not be all things to all people. My relationship with VR Metro has allowed me to offer a full service web development option to my clients. Their sales staff and technical support are highly respectful to my clients needs and level of understanding of technology. They explain very technical problems and procedures in very simple terms. They have been a great partner to have in this fast paced world.
VR Metro LLC has been our website provider for almost 20 years. Also they have helped us build, launch and rebuild our website in that time. Whenever I reach out for help they are quick to answer and solve the problem at hand. They are more than patient with me when I have to ask the same questions repeatedly!
